Enjoyed meeting you at lunch recently at Four Roses Cafe in Plainwell.
Group of us talking Michigan politics.
You walked up to our table and asked if we’d ordered already.
You went on to tell us how you were an Allegan County pork farm owner and that your employees were men from a variety of backgrounds all having faced personal life crises.
Your pork you said was sold to and prepared into meals at Four Roses by owners Tom and Jan Rose.
The goal in employing your select workers was to help them turn their lives around.
Quite inspiring tale.
IMHO it has the making of a great “good news” story.
Just wanted you to know I will spread the word and definitely look for a pork-based entree or other item on my next visit to the cafe!
Do you sell pork? If so do have a list and the cost.
Yes, we sell pork. We have brat burgers, brats, breakfast sausage, Italian sausage, pork chops, ham steak, pork steak, and bacon. All cuts are $5/pound. Bacon is limited. Let us know if we can help you. Thank you.
Please call or text me at 269-355-3612. Thanks for checking.
Hi, again, Sarah! I forgot to mention that the meat is not on the site of the Allegan Harvest Farm, thus my phone # to call or text. Thank you.
